PGR Welcome home Army PFC Christopher Blain

Pics are from top to bottom, text for a pic is under the pic, click on a pic for a larger pic...

A young hero was coming home and PGR was invited! So were the USO, Blue Star Moms and others! A fine group! And a large one it was! There were over 30 folks on bikes and cages!

At our staging point, many bikes! Looking very nice! Thank you ALL for riding!!! You make a difference! I've ridden by myself before and we all make a difference! God Bless!

The rear of the group...

We had a rare occasion... the staging area could not hold all the bikes so we had to stage our group in the cell phone area until the flight was coming in. I like those kind of numbers!

Getting organized... as well as we do! GBG

One of the many supporters at the welcome home...

Another...

At some welcome homes, we get "bonus" soldiers coming through. I think there were about four coming through. If a soldier comes through, we do the attention, present arms and a lot of hoots!! I hope they appreciate it! We all do it in honor of their service! Thank you all that serve!

Chris just getting into the line, he made all the handshakes and hugs, and carrying that hat, and a loud chorus of "put it on" came out! Well.............

On went the hat!!! He was looking real fine!!! Mile wide smile!

So off we went out of the airport, staging at the 87 on ramp and then down the road... Fine looking line of bikes, of course we always get threaded, but regroup. Uneventful, and on to home in south San Jose.

I'll bet the neighborhood didn't even notice us coming in... HAR! HAR! HAR!!! Pipes, horns and if they were trying to sleep, well sorry!

We get home and a welcome it was with family and friends.

We have to get the obligatory pictures, I did not get the mandatory group shot, but I think I'll get a copy sent to me. We always get a group pic with family and PGR riders!

And of course, why we ride, family at home... God Bless!!!
